Cheryle A. Randolph-Sharpe, SLREA is owner and president of Sharpe Valuations Solutions, LLC. Ms. Randolph-Sharpe has over 20 years of appraisal industry experience. She has been a licensed appraiser in the state of New Jersey since 1993.

Prior to opening Sharpe Valuation Solutions, Ms. Randolph-Sharpe was Vice President of an appraisal management company for 17 years. She was responsible for growing this division from a regional appraisal service provider to a nationwide provider.  Ms. Randolph-Sharpe has built a strong network with competent and professional appraisers throughout the country.  Ms. Randolph-Sharpe also was founding Editor of "Eyes and Ears" a quarterly periodical which provided current appraisal information to lenders and appraisers. 

In December 2005, Ms. Randolph-Sharpe was appointed by the governor to the New Jersey State Real Estate Appraisal Board ( A division of Consumer Affairs).  In July of 2006 she was elected board secretary, July of 2007, Ms Randolph-Sharpe was elected Vice-President and July 2008 board President. (  ​Ms. Randolph-Sharpe was selected by the Appraisal Quality Board (AQB) as authorized by Congress to be a part of the "Subject Matter Expert"(SME) team.  This group is responsible for the development of the new National Federal Appraisal Exam, which will be adopted  in  January 2008. 

​Ms. Randolph-Sharpe is also a member of the Camden-Burlington County Realtors Association, the Cherry Hill Regional Chamber of Commerce,  a member of the Board of Directors for the White Horse Pike Chamber of Commerce, the New Jersey Association of Women Business Owners (NJAWBO), , WWAM (Woman with a Mission), Federation of Woman Voters and has worked as a youth mentor with  her church, Living Word Community in Phila, PA. Ms Randolph-Sharpe serves as a Council woman in her community of Lindenwold, New Jersey and currently serves a council President.  Ms. Randolph-Sharpe was appointed by the Camden County Board of Choosen Freeholders to serve as a board member to the PCCFA-Camden County Pollution Control Finance Authority. ​

​Ms. Randolph-Sharpe has spoken to many professional appraisal associations, trade groups and the lending industry. Ms. Randolph-Sharpe has devoted her career to continuing her appraisal education, appraisal ethics, developing trainees and forming strong relationships in the appraisal and lending industries.
